The Yearbook of the Academic Enterprise Awards (ACES) recognises the recommendations from the Bastion Round Table workshop at the European Parliament.
"Europe needs a better framework for translating biological research into new drugs and treatments. It's essential to collaborate and share best practice, said experts at a workshop in the European Parliament on advancing translational medicine at the Medical University of Warsaw." states the 2013 annual yearbook of the Academic Enterprise Awards (ACES).
This directly reflects the report of BASTION Round Table from June 2013. A discussion at the European Perliament were Prof. Bahn contributed her insights as one of Europe´s experts in translational medicine.
