Cambridge Centre for Neuropsychiatric Research

We are conducting clinical studies to identify signs of depression and bipolar disorder by measuring changes of certain molecules (biomarkers) that can be detected in dried blood spots.  Our goal is to use these biomarkers to develop a diagnostic test to enable early treatment, which can lead to better patient outcomes .

We will soon be looking for volunteers to participate in our next study, the Delta Trial. As a participant, we will ask you to answer a online questionnaire, provide a dried blood spot using a kit that will be mailed to your address and participate in a clinical interview on the telephone.  We will be able to send you a personalised report and of your results and provide you with relevant information.

All samples and personal data will be anonymized and strictly confidential. You will be able to withdraw from the study at any time.

If you are interested in participating in this study, please check back here regularly. We will update this page with the trial commencement date, along with our Twitter (@Bahn_lab) and Facebook pages.
